Business Development Manager - Health

The Manager of Business Development is responsible for leading the sales team in attainment of overall and individual sales objectives. Collaborates with Regional Director of Operations, Administrator and Corporate Director of Market Development to stay abreast of all corporate and regional sales/marketing programs, to develop and implement local sales plans and to coordinate with operational and clinical leadership to ensure extraordinary customer service and fulfill MG promises. Responsible for hiring, training, mentoring, coaching, managing and discipline of the sales team for their assigned locations.

Responsibilities:

  • As one of the key members, you will be responsible for setting up the teams growth. Part of which will be to lay out strategies for acquiring new business prospects, and turning them into concrete and measurable achievements.

  • You will strengthen client ties by bringing the solution to their business needs.

  • You will lead end to end business cycle with your team.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business / Marketing

  • Minimum of five years in proactive business development and familiar in Health Services.

  • Proven successful track record in exceeding billing targets through effective sales strategies

  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills; results-driven with a strong sense of urgency and entrepreneurship.

  • Good understanding of current and emerging market trends and capable of meeting industry expectations as one of the key members of the team.
